Today was my first day on your site, very nice! I have two boys of my own, and I find that Hobby Lobby has some great treasure boxes at very inexpensive prices. We have two, one holds the rock collection, and the other I am afraid to open. Ha!

Ha ha- oh man, does this ever resonate! My six year old is a collecting fool and every bit of it is sacred! I do have to draw the line on occasion, but for the most part, he just has to keep it in his own space and I try to roll with it 🙂 And rocks… seriously, don’t they take on a life of their own as time goes on? I swear little rock treasures multiply while we humans are asleep! Especially if they know I’m planning on vacuuming tomorrow! 🙂 #boysrule

My youngest son is the collector/hoarder of the family and every corner of his room is piled with the most random things. It makes me crazy but I know it makes him happy so I try to just keep his door closed. Too funny!
