In reply to Lacey. Yes, they can be made as muffins. Just bake for around 23-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Then dip them in butter and then the sugar mixture. Yum!

Anybody have a suggestion for baking these without a donut pan of any sort??? What about just doing them as muffins??? Or would they do better as pancakes on a griddle? Help a sister with no donut pans out! 🙂 Looks like a simple enough recipe and looks delicious.
