    Hey Kara,
I didn’t realize you had a blog. Man, it is a small world. How long have you been blogging? They donuts look so good. I know my family will love them. I totally get the boy thing. I have 1 girl and 4 boys.

I agree with the above comment. These look amazing. My mom has one of those baby cakes donut makers so I’m going to borrow it and make up a batch {or two} of these donuts. Thanks for the recipe.

Anybody have a suggestion for baking these without a donut pan of any sort??? What about just doing them as muffins??? Or would they do better as pancakes on a griddle? Help a sister with no donut pans out! 🙂 Looks like a simple enough recipe and looks delicious.

Yes, they can be made as muffins. Just bake for around 23-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Then dip them in butter and then the sugar mixture. Yum!

Thanks for showing the picture of the donut maker…it almost makes me one to get one, but I live alone so I would end up eating way too many sweets!

These look really good. I love that your child was involved with making them. Now I want one of those machines too.

Thank you for sharing this with us on the #HomeMattersParty. We hope to see you again when we open our doors at 12 AM EST on Friday.
