I’m not an experienced baker…. I’m going to leave them in the tin as am worried they will not hold their shape if I take them out.

they smell really good though. Making for my daughter’s orchestra as it’s our turn to bring the post practice snack – hopefully they like it and it’s not too too sweet…

I use a jellyroll pan. Not as big as a cookie sheet but bigger than a cake pan.
