I wobble the pan and they are still wet. So I add as much time as needed until the Wobblies are gone and it’s set. That’s normal. Take it out once it’s JUST set and then cool, powder sugar, refrigerate 🙂

However she loves lemon as well and your recipe only calls for 1/3c. compared to 1 cup as literally all the other recipes I saw. Wondering if this will make a huge taste difference.
