Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Football Cookies

  • 2 C Sugar
  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 3 Tbls Cocoa
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 C Peanut Butter
  • 3 1/2 C Quick Oats

Method
 

  1. In a large saucepan, bring sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil for one minute. (Make sure that you don’t overcook!)
  2. Mix in the other ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. To make football cookies, let the cookies cool for a few minutes and then shape into footballs.
  3. Let cookies cool completely and decorate cookies with frosting in a decorator bag to make the cookies look like footballs. Then enjoy!
