Alpha and Omega 2: A Howl-iday Adventure
Those who know me well know that without a doubt, Christmas is my most favorite time of year. Now, I know what you are thinking – It’s not even Halloween yet! Yes, I get it but I am one of those who is almost done with my Christmas shopping already. I get too excited for the holiday season and since it is still above 80° here and we have never even come close to having a white Christmas, I rely on a lot of Christmas movies to get me into the Christmas spirit. Every year I try to add to my collection of Christmas movies, so when my boys and I had the chance to receive and review Alpha and Omega 2: A Howl-iday adventure, we jumped at the chance.
Alpha and Omega 2: A Howl-iday adventure is the first in a series of new films based off of the popular Alpha and Omega movie from Lionsgate that grossed over 50 million in the box office world wide. In this new adventure, Kate and Humphrey and their three wolf cubs (Stinky, Claudette and Runt) are preparing for the holidays when Runt, the smallest cub, mysteriously goes missing. The rest of the family then embarks on a dangerous adventure to get him back in time for the holiday celebration. When the adventure doesn’t end exactly as planned, Kate and Humphrey realize that “Home is where the family is.”
My 5-year-old was SO excited to get this movie. He asked me repeatedly when we could watch it and now has watched it 3 times and really loves it a lot. We love the wolf cubs and my favorite is the adventurous Runt. He shows that just because you might be different that “our uniqueness makes us strong”.
