The biggest request I get through emails and messages is for MORE Angry Birds ideas for parties. Who knew some naughty pigs and soaring colored birds could be come SO popular!
Since I am normally looking for ways to entertain a 4 year-old while his brothers are at school, I made him this Angry Birds paddle ball/balloon game.
Items needed:
- Paint Sticks
- Red/Blue Plastic disposable plates
- Glue
- Duct Tape
- Green Balloons
Add a generous amout of glue to the paint stick and glue on a plastic plate.
I reinforced the back of the paddle with duct tape, just in case.
Then, I used a glue stick to glue the picture of the Angry Birds faces to each plate. I love The Party Animal website for their free Angry Birds printables that can be used in pretty much every area of a party.
Then, I blew up a couple of green balloons and drew one of the pigs, and I had a quick and fun little angry birds game. (Literally took me less than 10 mins to make). This would be fun to use at a party where the kids have partners and have to hit the balloon back and forth or you could have a competition to see who could keep their balloon in the air the longest.
This would also be a really inexpensive, but fun party favor to give to kids at a birthday party. It’s been entertaining us all day. 😉 Just wait until the big boys get home. I’m sure I’ll be making more paddles and blowing up more balloons.
For more Angry Birds ideas I’ve put all of my Angry Birds posts in one spot. It includes Angry Birds pizzas, Angry Birds cakes, and Angry Birds party games.
