Somewhere in my very distant memory I can remember a time when my life was a lot more simple. I had more flexibility with my time and my house was actually clean! But, then I added 4 bundles of joy to my life and things are vastly different now. Not in a bad way, but just different. I tell my boys all the time that I gave each of them a little bit of my brain when they were born so I’m not left with much. That is why I sometimes forget to wash their favorite shirt or make their school lunches. That is why I can’t remember where I put things most of the time; they took my brain!
But lately I have been feeling like I am drowning…DROWNING in to-do lists, school papers and projects, bills, business paperwork, emails, social media notifications, sports activities, and more. I have felt like I am treading water and it is exhausting.
That is when the Mind Organization for Moms program came into my life. A cousin was raving about how much it has helped her and I knew I needed to try it out. Just in the past 4 months our life has taken some pretty unexpected and crazy turns. Due to some work changes with my husband’s job, things are a bit more complicated around here and my husband isn’t around as much as I would like. So a lot more stress has landed on my shoulders. When I first received the Mind Organization for Moms program I knew it was an answer to prayers for me. Just in reading the first few pages of the program I felt a huge sense of peace and relief come over my body. I knew that I would be able to get organized and simplify my life online and off.
Mind Organization for Moms was designed to give mothers less stress and more joy and help them to enjoy their family more. This system is based around the book from David Allen, “Getting Things Done”. This system helps you to clear your mind by organizing all of your projects into, “Once a week”, “On the Brain”, and “Off the brain” to help keep your mind clear from the things that aren’t as important. There is also a system for organizing every paper that comes into your home and every email that is sent to you. Just my emails alone equal into the hundreds every week and it can be hard to keep the important emails separate from the junk.
As I have started to implement this system I can feel myself getting more calm. Already my mind doesn’t feel as cluttered and I’m hoping to find more peace of mind as I continue to implement the strategies I have learned.
And, I’m so excited to announce that the lovely ladies over at The Power of Moms have generously offered for me to give away a subscription to Mind Organization for Moms to one of my readers. This is a $75 value and in my mind the content in it is priceless. You can find out more about this system by visiting Mind Organization for Moms.

Why do I need to get organized? I don’t even know where to start answering that. I have a beautiful house and only one child, but can’t seem to clear my mind these days (could be the horrific cold weather we’re having?). I’m an older mom, and had a long teaching career before child that I gleefully gave up before becoming a SAHM, and it’s overwhelming at times. YES, even with only one child. My house is in disarray. That is all.
I definitely could use this … running around with my kids all the time always leaves me scattered! Thanks for the giveaway!
I would love to do this and get organized! I really need to get my office organized so I feel like going in there to do all my work!
I love Power of Mom 🙂
I am an organizing freak except when it comes to time management. Always looking for ways to help with that so I would love to win this!
I guess I still think that my life isn’t really THAT crazy that I can’t just remember it all. I think that I’ll remember things later and I honestly just don’t anymore, like it or not! It’s seriously high time I just decide to get my stuff in order! 😛 Awesome giveaway!
Just stumbled upon your blog tonight while frantically searching the internet for a way to “make valentines day fun for boys”. I just had my third boy, and I’m so glad there are boy moms out there to help navigate this wild jumping and climbing pinkless insanity! I am trying everyday to be a good enough mom, and wife, and combination of the two that organization is both the key and the elusive goal. Thank you for writing about life with boys-I’m looking forward to getting a glimpse into boy future!
Megan, I’m so glad you found me. 🙂 I’m definitely no expert on raising boys but do have a lot of experience. You just learn to roll with the craziness. 😉
I love Power of Moms, and I’m thankful to hear others suffer from the same organization issues I do!!!
What a great giveaway! I love Power of Moms. Thanks for the opportunity!

I need to get organized so I can keep on a regular schedule. This will help my kids get their school work done as we homeschool. I am always feeling scattered and off track!
Everyone needs an organized life style to control the routines. I have 2 jobs currently and they take up most of my time that I could not arrange any effective extra activity with my man and my dog. I need to sober up from work pile and get some personal time with family.
I need to get organized because I seem to be going in circles somedays
Thanks for the giveaway. I keep forgetting things and yet I can’t find time for myself
I have problems trying to figure out how to start to be organized
I need to get organized because I am a soon to be single mom, who is VERY scatter brained. The hardest part of organization for me is sticking with the system!
I need to get organized since I am no longer working outside of the home due to a disability. My son has been helping with the household chores since I can no longer walk very well. He is terribly disorganized and I am trying to help him. Any help with procrastination would be greatly appreciated.
I need some kind of organization in my life it might as well be my linen closet. 🙂 I find the most difficult thing with organizing is making sure everything has it’s spot.
