This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of eCards from American Greetings for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

If your family is anything like mine then you may have loved ones and friends scattered across the country, or even the world.  The majority of our family is spread out all across the country and recently my husband took a job that requires him to travel a lot more than my boys and I would like.  We love connecting through the internet and we stay in touch daily, but sometimes it is fun to surprise him with a little something extra.

I have recently discovered American Greetings eCards and my boys and I are having a blast creating and sending fun cards to their dad on the days that he is away.  And one of the great things about these cards is you can send them directly to email, a cell phone or Facebook so he can get them almost instantly.

They have cards like this bear one where you can call the number provided, enter in the pass code and record your voice in the card.  Then when it is played, the bears speaks the words.

And this Slice of Paradise card is hilarious.  You can enter the name of the recipient, why you are sending the card, their favorite activitiy and your name and it customizes it for the person you are sending it to.  And I was surprised that it actually had our names spelled correctly.  That doesn’t happen very often.  If it doesn’t have your name, it has a list of titles such as Honey and Buddy.
