I hope you had SO much fun in the kitchen with your son!
Today it is time to get your hands dirty! My boys have always loved all things messy, sticky or slimy.
So today’s challenge is to do something together to get your hands dirty. I promise, it will be fun!
Here are a few ideas:
- Go outside and plant flowers or a garden together. A little dirt and sunshine is good for the soul!
- Finger paint! You can even find out how to make your own finger paint here.
- Have some fun with play dough. If you don’t have any, make some. This is the BEST recipe ever!
- Make some Gak. Even my oldest son loves to play with this!
- Go on a bug hunt! Your son will LOVE it!
Activities like these are great for helping to bring out your inner child who may be hidden under work, home and family stress, and your boys will love that you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
Make sure to hop over to the Facebook group to share what you did together.
I’ll be giving away a copy of this fun Mother/Son journal at the end of the challenge and you can get an entry for each time you share in the group or by email. It’s a fun way to keep you accountable and you will LOVE working through the journal together.
