Baymax Pancakes: Easy Big Hero 6 Breakfast

If you have seen Disney’s new animated movie, Big Hero 6, you know that everyone loves Baymax, the big and inflatable personal assistant robot. Baymax develops a bond with robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada and they team up with their friends to form a high-tech super hero band. My boys think it is the greatest! And of course we need a fun breakfast to go with a fun movie.
How to Make Baymax Pancakes
The great thing about this Big Hero 6 breakfast is that it is SUPER easy! This was probably one of our easiest pancake creations yet and can be whipped up in a few short minutes.
All you need is your favorite pancake batter, chocolate syrup or frosting and chocolate candy for the eyes. We used Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Drops
Step 1:
Heat a skillet or pan on low/medium heat. Mix up your favorite pancake batter and pour onto the greased griddle in large circles. Make sure the heat isn’t too high. Typically if you are making pancakes you will want a hot griddle but when you don’t want your pancakes to look too brown, you will want to use low heat. Cook until done on both sides by flipping after bubbles start to form.
Step 2:
Time to decorate! Take two chocolate candies and place them for the eyes and draw a line with the chocolate syrup or frosting. So simple!!
Step 3:
Feed to your excited kids who will love your creative, but simple breakfast. It doesn’t get much easier than that.
Have you seen Big Hero 6 yet? What was your (or your kids’) favorite part?

Adorable, and so simple!! I really liked the movie, almost as much as my 10-year-old did.
