How to Make Ghost Treat Bags
Supplies Needed:
Step 1: Fold the a paper bag in half and round off the top using the scissors. Be careful just to cut the corner off and not to form a heart at the top!
Step 2: Make the eyes by pouring out some paint and using the large foam circle brush to dab on the eyes. Make sure the brush is completely covered in paint so there are not white spots.
Step 3: Let the bag dry and then fill it up with goodies!
